E-voucher issue

    I bought Maschine Mk2 and got an e-voucher for Maschine Expansions, Komplete Instruments and Effects. Damage is part of Komplete Instruments and I was about to order it but when filling the e-voucher box, I get following message:

    "Sorry, this voucher is not valid for the selected product or license (e.g. update or upgrade)."

    Did anybody experience that ? Thanks

    e-voucher problem

    I also had this problem.

    I enquired about it to the customer support email 2 days ago,
    but got no reply.

    Actually mine says:
    but I haven't used it yet, and it is only 2 weeks old.

    I have the same issue. I just got the email for the voucher today and it is already saying that it is no longer valid.

    A quote from the e-voucher mail - "It is valid for MASCHINE Expansions and KOMPLETE Instruments and Effects only, and NOT valid for products already on special offer."

    Thanks for clarifying. Guess that explains why I can't use it on the sale items. However, when I go back to my original email and use the "Redeem this code" link, it still says the voucher is not valid.
