E-Voucher -

    I upgraded from K11U to K12CE. It claims I should get an e-voucher. The e-voucher page says wait 24 hours after registering. It is now 5 days since I registered.

    I bought a physical copy of the upgrade. Does that not come with the voucher? I'm sure I got one with my physical K10U crossgrade.

    I had the same issue, did a quick live chat with support & they gave me one in about 5 minutes.

    What hours is live chat available? I think I might be due one or two vouchers for upgrades bought this year. Then I may also be confused and optimistic!

    Thanks - I think I'm possibly due a voucher for the recent K12 upgrade from Select and even the Select upgrade from my Mikro Mk3. Not certain though!

    Did anyone have the voucher added to their account? I received an email with the voucher code, but it hasn't been added to my account yet.
