    Good point, I should have pointed my reply in this thread actually - here it is :

    First, let me apologize for you having to contact us over and over about this issue. I can completely imagine how frustrating that must be and we should absolutely offer a better service here.
    We do have some issues with the delivery of our E-Voucher and realized that in a lot of cases, customers simply do not receive them automatically in their account. We are working on it and hopefully can fix this as soon as possible.

    We'll keep you updated when we have more information about this :)

    Hi Matt, I recently purchased Komplete 12 Ultimate upgrade. Should I have received an E-Voucher for this ?
