E Vouchers

Hi I registered my maschine mk3 on the 22 july last month and I've been so overwhelmed by how much stuff to take in and to learn about maschine mk3 then yesterday I tried to use my e voucher but it keeps saying that it is expired and I see on your website that the e vouchers last for six months, as a newbie this isn't right because if there was a time limit on the e voucher surely you can understand it was one of the last things on my mind because I was concentrating on learning to use the maschine mk3 first before deciding to activating the e voucher only to find out that it has expired can someone please help me thank you.

If you registered your Maschine MK3 in July, your voucher should still be valid.
