Edited Sample could not be created

Whenever I try to stretch a sample/loop that I brought from Nativ Instruments I get an error message that says "Edited Sample could not be created". I can stretch user-created samples/loops without any issues. But samples/loops purchased from Native Instruments give me this error message. I searched the forum and I found some people who had the same problem in the past but their solutions did not work for my situation. This is a new installation on a new computer, I have also reinstalled it and still, the same issue persists. I am the admin on this computer and I don't have any user folders outside of the ones that Native instruments set up for you during installation. I am running a Windows Omen desktop PC with windows 10 and an AMD Rysen 7 3700x 8core processor and 32 GB of ram. Like i said I have been dealing with this for a while so any advice would be helpful. Try disabling any anti-virus software temporarily. If the message goes away, then look into excluding the “Standard User” folder location from AV Auto-Scan. You can find that location in Preferences > libraries > User and look for that Alias Name.
