I have a Vestex-100 controlling Pro. I cannot get the effects to apply as it should. I toggle it and I see that the 'On' beneath the effect is toggled. But I do not hear the effect being applied.

I also have a Hercules MK2 and when I use it, the effects toggle as expected.

Not sure where to turn to troubleshoot this issues. Any pointer?

try to go to preferences, layout manager, set the filter+key+chain+cue+balance viewable, so you will be able to attribute the filter (1,2) to the channel (a,b) you want...

I have that layout setup. Maybe I was not clear or misunderstanding you. I see the 'On' light light up when I hit the corresponding effect button (under the knobs on the right hand of the controller). Note I am using a midi mapping from djtools.com which remaps the buttons.

Anyway, even from Traktor, when I toggle the 'On' buttons, I do not hear any change in the output. Not sure if I am missing something with my settings (someone mentioned "Make sure midi out is set" but to what?).

SO the visual output from Traktor shows that the effects should be taking affect, but I hear no difference in the output.

Weird. If the visual output from the Traktor shows that the effects are being toggled on and off then I can only really think of two things.

    1) What NReek said
    2) You have wet/dry at 0% wet
