Elektrik piano 'loads' but no sound

Hi,

Can't figure this out for the life of me. All other instruments in Komplete 5 load fine, except Elektrik Piano which loads the database of sounds to choose from, but when I select a patch/sound no sound is generated.

The volume is up, the keys in the interface play when I press notes down on my MIDI controller so there are definitely MIDI messages being sent to the instrument, the library path is set up ok to an external FW800 hard drive and there's a full listing of all the instruments available under 'File'. Just no sound when I select a sound...

Any ideas?

Same problem, but in that thread there seems no solution from Native ?

 

I found out what it was , as Native sent a picture of the folder structure. See under my thread in " Installation". Now it works
