Hello, I was wondering if anyone is using an EMU 1212m card, and if so, are they noticing problems with Reaktor's DXi plugin. As I mentioned earlier, there's a bug that causes the audio to die when a long note is played back ,(basically anything past 5 seconds). I've reported it to Native Instruments, and will be reporting it to Creativelabs. I've been unable to find a workaround. Other Dxi plugins apparently work, making it a problem unique to Reaktor. Anyone know of a workaround? Using VST in Sonar is somewhat of a pain.... I've also ested it in more than one DAW, so I suspect it's a driver prob. This does involve the latest versions of the drivers. Dying audio has been one of creativelabs issues, but it's always been with VST plugins. This is the first time I've seen it with DXi.

Found the problem. Apparently the DXi version of Reaktor is not compatable with an audio metronome. The VST worked fine. The reason that I was doing audio was that I was getting some sound distortion with using midi. Solved that prob too. Gee, it seems like all I have to do is post my prob here, and I find the solution almost immediately.... ;) Really, I've been screwing around with that for a week to figure out what's wrong.....

Of course that's probably annoying everybody to no end, and will most likely get me ignored when I have a problem that I can't work around....... :( But I will be vindicated when I post my first truly excellent ensemble to the User Library..... errr...... one of these days...........
