Encoders and my Zero 8

Its a shame that the new public beta 1.2 still has the same issues as with 1.1.2 and endless encoders not working correctly.

I have also tried 1.2 with my NanoPAD config and with how the MIDI has changed my NanoPAD tsi is simply all broken.

Want to play with this more on my machine but I am having a difficult time creating a new .tsi with my NanoPAD and under standing how the new modifiers work? Can you say BRAIN CRAMP! Lol

 

Hmmm the endless encoders on my Novation Nocturn are working properly?

The new modifiers work the same as the old ones, except they only work inside the logical device. You can have a total of 8 per device.

 

I believe it is how Zero 8 sends the value of the encoders. I can get them to work but I believe since Traktor Pro reads a 0 value at 50% on lets say an effects amount and 64 at 100%. I am guessing at after 50% going counter clockwise it starts to read values negatively for example being 0% on an effect amount is read by Traktor Pro as -64%. As with my Zero 8 the values are sent 0 at 0% to 127 at 100%. This is why I don't think it is working properly? I just don't see how this cannot be fixed! The only work around is BOMES and I don't have $100 bucks to dish out. This is a known issue that NI knows about and still nothing?

I understand what your saying but its been a pain in the ass to get my NanoPAD to work on how I had it in 1.1.2, even starting from scratch? My mapping is not filled up with that may modifiers so I dont know why I can't figure it out?
