playback markers as Absynth has them would be nice

also autozoom to longers of patch (env editor) and to actual in operator editor would be great. always disliked that already in FM7 ...

    thanks best

Envelope Autozoom? Not sure if it's what you searching for, but have you tried to double click on the envelope?

ha, Scherz! Of course. but I think - especially in the op editors I should be able to see in the right proportions without double clicking.

In the env editor one has to double click several envs most often - because it is unlikely that one always hits the longest first.

I think FM8 should - after loading a patch - zoom these env displays so that it fits. The data is stored in the presets ....

    best

The envelopes are difficult to negotiate on a Mac, with its odd right-click. Also, could the bars/beats markers be a heavier line, so I am in no doubt as to where to place a breakpoint on the envelope to create a change 'on the beat'?

I'd also like a tabbed operator menu, or at least a larger way of switching between operators A to F without using the tiny buttons on the lower left of the GUI.
