    It would be great to be able to cut and paste envelopes (or, better yet, sections of envelopes) from one row to another.

    The Save Envelope Template popup is too primitive -- it should provide a better view into the available templates so you can see what names already exist, etc. It should work like the other new and improved library load/save windows.
