Error in Group Effect noise in Gater. Irratic behaveiour

Im borthered with an anoying problem in the Gater Effect. in TraktPro 3 and of what i can see also in Pro 2 (have both registred)
when im in single effects mode, i can control the 3 parameters, noise ect..
default noise value on my traktor is 38 in single mode- when i activate effect on a deck, and even with deck paused, there is a washing like sound, keeping pace with the speed division.
if i cange noise to 0 this washing sound(noise) dissapears.
i then save snapshot.
then go to group effect. and again activate effect. then noise appears, but when i go back to single mode the noise is gone again.
The strange thing is, that if i change from single to group effect mode a couple of times. the level of noise changes in group mode..
So according to this it seems like something is writing a random vaamlue into the noise parameter.

I would definitely say this is a bug.

Im new here but is this the right place to report this, or can someone please help

 

A friend of mine have tried to replicate this on the MAC version. On MAC Theres no such issue.
2 of my friends have replicated this issue on pc version on Traktor Pro 2 & 3 (pc version)
So its an old issue that has survived back from pro 2 at least on PC version.

Would you please take this in serious consideration for a bug fix ? im about to test the BETA 3.3 and if this issue is still on there i will report it asap

its now a soon a year gone, and the error has been acknowledged by your team. i was told it would be fixed in vatersion 3.3 later it would be fixed in version 3.4
now 3.4 official release is out and still nothing has happened.

following the bug radar , it seems like only database like problems i beeing solved ? this problem has been since traktor pro 2 and maybe earlier.

Sorry if im a bit tired of waiting. the error can be replicated. and the error only exist on PC version of traktor.

 

Hey Niels, I do have this problem on a Mac. The noise is always present for me, even if the corresponding deck isn't playing.
Would also love to see it fixed!
