Error loading expansion kit

I made a ticket discussing the expansions i purchased that wont load in maschine, i don't know what to do and i still haven't received a response. I've updated everything but the downloads keep saying loading failed.

Sorry to hear about these issues, no fun....

Now, before I go on: be sure to follow up on Matt's comment above mine: sent him a PM with your ticket number, knowing Matt he'll get right on it. If you don't know how to do that: click on his name ("Matt @ NI") and then use the "Start a conversation" option. Figured I'd mention it.

But having said that... what expansions are we talking about here? Have you used expansions before? Reason I ask is because they most defintiely managed to confuse me at first!


Now... sorry if I'm sharing the obvious here but... yah, I want to make sure we're on the same page here.

Expansions in Maschine manifest themselves with group and project presets. A group is basically a collection of sounds that gets spread out onto your 4x4 grid. A project... well, should be obvious enough IMO, but it basically consists of the whole kaboodle So everything that makes up a score in Maschine.

The best way to check expansions in Maschine is to make sure you selected the "Groups" section and then expand the whole lot:



So.. first thing you want to do is click the "All groups" icon (the small icon with 2 rows of 4 buttons); I marked it at the top left. After that you want to click on the 'down arrow' icon (I marked that as well), then you'll get an overview of all the stuff available for Maschine. In my case a heck of a lot of expansions (Komplete does that ).

Afte this just select your expansion and you should be good.

You also mentioned downloads which might imply Native Access... but because you shared a Maschine screenshot I figured we'd start here.
