When I try to load a Komplete preset in Maschine using the new browser feature I immediately get the message "Error Loading" preset name. If the preset is from Massive, then an instance of Massive loads but it loads the default Massive preset. What should I do here?

Sowari, my Massive is updated and I rebuilt the library as well. Also, it happens with all the presets, ones from Razer, Massive etc... The plugin loads but the preset does not. I'm using Komplete 7, but with updated versions FWIW Any other ideas? I can't possibly be the only one with this problem.

Same thing was happening to me. Ill try and explain it though im not at the maschine right now. Go to where you choose your folder for the plug ins. I believe it is file>prefrences>plugins. You will see a plug in manager make sure you have a check mark next to the plug ins that you are having trouble. The problem with mine was I had Absynth chose but not Absynth Stereo. I just made sure all of them were checked. I think that should help you but idk. I believe the problem was the fact I kept switching between maschine 32 bit and maschine 64 bit but im not sure. Everything is working wonderfully now though!

Thanks for the tip but all plugins are checked and no dice. I'm running the 32bit version on a 64bit pc, if that matters. I've rescanned everything as well. Every time I get the message, "error loading" preset. Then the plugin loads but the preset does not. No one else is having this problem?

I've had problems with every single NI product I've installed, nothing ever installs correctly or easily the first time.

My 32 bit version was having problems on my 64 bit pc. Run the 64 bit Maschine Program and make sure they all have checks next to them. Does that work?

make sure you have run each plugin in standalone mode first and let them rebuild their database.

make sure you can load the presets in standalone then they should work.

I have done that and it's not working for me either.

I'm running 32bit in Windows 7 64 bit. (stand alone)

In Cubase I run it at 32 bit to avoid any bridges.

I'm having the same issue as Billznik, the only difference is some of my libraries work. Reaktor works for example. Massive, FM8, Absynth do not.

I make sure all these work fine in stand-alone which they do.
Then go into Maschine and check the routing for the libraries. Do rescans...
I even did a rescan of my user folder, but stopped it after 15 minutes. I don't see how rescan of user folder could be the problem.

I'm away from home now but I will check to make sure all boxes are checked. I hope that is my problem.

    hi all

i had the same problem. Some of the libraries worked, some not. And i have rebuilded all the libraries etc. with no success too. I've made a full rescan of all plugins, no success. I have deleted the plugins_ia32.xml, did a rescan, no success. After that i copied all! of the vst-plugins in one! vst-plugin- folder. Then i removed the old plugin-directories and added the new one in Maschine/Preferences, followed by a rescan.
    And now, it works! :)

btw: i am not a fan of "scattered" plugin-directories; i think it's an advantage to have one "central" vst-plugin - directory only ....

Any chance it is a permissions problem on the VST folder? I could see this being the case since creating a new folder and moving the plug-ins into that folder resolved the issue. Just a thought...

My issue turned out to be different plug-in versions loaded in different places.

I should have known better by now to do a complete search of all the problem plug-ins, and dump the old versions since this is Native Instruments!
