error message during offline activation

Hi

I just installed Komplete 7 on a second computer which is offline. OS is XP SP3.
During offline activation in Service Center i have the following error message :

'Could not retrieve activation info for any installed product'

Does anyone know how to solve this ?

 

I'll add that i did offline activation for Reaktor 5 and Komplete 6 some months before on the same computer and it worked perfectly

 

Solved.
I asked NI Support about it and tried to activate it on a different browser (not Firefox)

I tried with IE : first page was blocked and no way to make it appear !
And finally tried with Midori and it worked perfectly.

 

I just face the same issue with the error message 'Could not retrieve....for any installed product' trying installing the brand new Session Strings Pro

Before I spend my time trying each single internet browser available on earth... instead of playing music:

Is there a compatibilty list of browser that must be used to activate NI products ? Is there recommendation in setting up browsing parameters or anything else we should know ?
Is there any other rootcause to that error message ?
