Error message with "The trumpet"

    Hi everyone!
    I've installed "The trumpet" but I can't use it because there's an error message:
    "Your hardware has changed, please use service center to re-activate" :( Of course, I've changed nothing in my hardware...
    But when I use service center, everything seems to be OK, activated and updated...
    What happens and what can I do?

    I just re-installed the software, even if the authorisation is OK, there's still the same error message when I try to launch it from Cubase :angry: !

    When I try to load samples, another error message appears:
    "This patch was generated by a newer version of Kontakt, please upgrade your copy to launch the patch".
    ---
    Another one:
    "There was an error trying to acquire a license for this patch! Error message:
    Your hardware has changed, please use the service center to re-activate."

    It seems that Kontakt 2 is not running with Cubase SL3 :( ...

    OK, thanks. But can you explain me why if I don't activate Kontakt, it works properly, even if I use Cubase :confused: ?
