error report: can't find the tonewheel files

    Hello everybody,
    I'm new on this forum, and I heard that this forum has a quick response. I bought a new computer, and all I had is trouble. I reïnstalled my komplete classic software from the installation dvds. The keyboards got installed properly, except the B4. The error report shows up: 'can't find the tonewheel files-please reïnstall the product.' But I reïnstalled the entire lot (four dvds) several times. I don't know on which of the four DVDs the B4 software is. When I run a cubase project with a B4 track in it, the whole thing crashes when the B4 is supposed to play.
    What can I do? The error report shows up in cubase, and in the stand alone setting.
