The 'Essential' deck layout only shows one loop size while and leaves a acres of unused GUI space:

From my perspective as a user the difference between 'Essential' and 'Advanced' is that the former hides the Advanced Panel to save vertical space. I don't see any reason to hide loop controls that make no difference to the amount of vertical space utilised, so this FR is for the loop controls to remain unchanged. Thanks!

If you just want to hide the Advanced panel, use "Extended" instead of "Essential".

The Essential view shows less buttons because it's less distracting. The Extended view does exactly what you want, so I don't see the problem. Unless you're just confused about the naming.
