By the way, I heard from ET and the bundle price is their regular price. Its not a sale.

    yes.
the waveform display of the lfo made me thinking...
i really like ETs ensembles. but this looks a bit too basic unless i have missed something.
    but needs are different....
and the price should not hurt anybody.

do you mean the blocks seem too basic? Or the ensembles? or implementation of the LFO graphics?

the waveform display seem just so familar (NI library).
the blocks seem very basic. just like moujik said: that space is well covered by michael hettrick in the free UL.
ETs ensembles are very nice! like most of them.
it seems just there is nothing really special in the blocks pack from my side.
in general i think trying to make money with blocks is very risky.
maybe the frontpanel patching reaktor player thing will mix the cards new.
but well, as we have seen in michael o`hagans case: its not easy (its expensive) to get a project player ready.
and if one of the best drum machines (michaels birthday present) doesn`t do it, blocks will be even harder to sell.
    unless you develop killer blocks.

Yeh, I can see what you are saying. Thanks for clarifying!

Would love to get feedback from someone who has gotten the block ensembles. So curious how they are!?

    From his SoundCloud page ():

EverythingTurns was launched in February 2012 by David Anthony Hickman, a veteran sound designer/producer and electronica musician, who has been designing and programming analog and digital sounds sets for decades.

Dave's sound designs have previously been released by major sample/plug-in companies and used by artists worldwide.

On the electronica side, Dave's Electronica Album "Art of Sacrifice" available on Ian Boddy's DiN label, plus most download sites, including iTunes, has received excellent revues, also as a DJ Dave has played support sets for System 7, Eat Static, Hawkwind and a few others.

ET develops professional ensembles and instruments for Native Instruments Reaktor and NI Kontakt.

ET also produces Samples and Loops for both Apple and Microsoft platforms including Logic and Ableton Live.

Whether you are a producer, composer or sound designer, ET creations will add new depths and unique colours to your sound creation palette.

You can visit the website using the link below.

The price for ALL his other Reaktor devices seems to be the "regular" one, too, but WHAT a bargain it is (£35 for the lot!) If you don't yet have that, Greg, don't hesitate!

It's an overwhelming boat-load of depth and surprise, esp. the latest one SyAria, IMO, one of the richest sound makers I've ever encountered, yet everything I've managed to make it do feels organic and natural, more like a mad orchestra than a mad synth…no doubt because it's basically physical modeling: (all "factory" presets btw.)

Haven't got any ET blocks yet, but I was inspired to break out SyARia again, and after a while seemed to have hit a sort of motherlode of synthy sounds, very unlike those I've enjoyed (and posted) from SyARia up to now. So, of course, made a small bank, and a tiny track:

…and it occurred to me that I could easily post the bank here, for anybody else with this great synth to explore, too, don' need no steenkin UL, eh?:
Would love to check out anybody else's SyARia (or any ET-related) work, of course…

Continuing to be inspired by my existing ET folders, here's another example of hidden depths and unexpected powers within these amazing creations, this time ArcWave, as musical a granulator as I've ever encountered—and that's MANY. Used my own samples mostly for this:

    Also 8 quid (!?!?!<*>)

I broke down after 3 days of agonizing and got the BLOCKS set of ensembles. At the moment, I'm extremely impressed with how they manage to generate captivating sequences all on their own. I'm mostly drawn to COMPLEX, DRONE and KAOS out of the set, but it's too early to really know. Needs much more exploration.
