EWQL Kompakt activation problem

    Thanks for all the replies. :D The problem will of course reappear as soon as you´re trying to install anything that requires an newer version of Service Center thant 2.0.6. But then I think that NI will have figured it out until then ... If you look at that other thread "Service Center won´t stop updating itself", they´ve got to do something about that "update" anyway, I guess. Cheers, V.

    Please yes! I can't load Stormdrum anymore. And problems with Absynth 3 staying activated.

    I really hope they fix it asap. I use SD heavily in my current project and this is a real problem..

    Updated from SC V1.2.3. to SC2 V2.1.2.309 (the most recent 24-08-2009) and NOT working. Contacted NI support again...

    Email support from NI still not replied to me and the tel support times collide with my hours of business.

    Yesterday there was no new update to SC2 maybe today?

    Don't know. I reversed back to SC V1.2.3. Waiting for their answer .

    Just wanted to verify that I was having problems activating my EastWest Composers bundle and this fix worked for me. Thanks for posting it.

    The newest version of the SC (2.1.3) should work for you all now. Run the SC and let it update.

    Glad to hear that it's working again. The offline activation workaround worked for me. I'm a bit disturbed though. I put in a ticket describing in full detail what was going on. The first thing I mentioned was that I had installed the new Service Center.

    I waited for four days to get a reply to my ticket, suggesting that I had to install programs using the Service Center. It's clear that whoever got my ticket never even read the thing. Had there not been a workaround (that a fellow user discovered), I think I'd be pretty upset right now.

    Ok thanks people, and finaly NI!

    The new Service Center Patch did it for me. Everything is working again.

    Seems to me that it was a big fat bug but now everyting is allright!

    p.s.:
    And the same happend with my service ticket to NI, they didn't read it just answerd with a stupid, non helping message!
