expansion not showing

    hi i bought circuit halo in the 9 expansion deal last year and the serial never took firstly in the service center ,now it won't even show up in the service center or in maschine unless i add it via the user library although i've used the downloader to install it a few times,i'm on mavericks and latest maschine 2.3.1 update...any help would be great ..thanks in advance!!:)
