Experience since 2.0.5 update : not really pleased !!

Ok guyz i updated with 2.0.05 and i have some weird things here and there , last one i can reproduce are :

1) latency between screens switching (see my exemple ) really big , no matter the screens (1 sec at least ) this wasn't there before ...

2) Browse page is blank until i click on a category , no default display even if a category is choosen (see my vdieo also)

Can you guyz double check this !! ?

I don't get this on my Studio. There is a small delay when switching the filter from groups instruments etc. but not as much as in your video. It could be that I don't have many expansions or K9 on this install so the browser does not have to update many images. Will try it on my other rig later. Anyone else?

 

Exactly my thought , i suspect kibrary size , the thing is i don't know to "unregister" some of them that i don't want /need to use in Maschine ...

do you expereince the browser thing ?

 

I'm running K9U and I have all but 2 of the Maschine expansions. I don't have this problem with my Maschine Studio

No. I think this may be a USB or driver issue. Unplug everything USB but your mouse, keyboard and soundcard. Then try different USB cable and ports for the controller. Also try to reinstall Maschine 2.05 and make sure to include the drivers for the install. If that does not work, contact support.

 

B the first thing i tried is to try it on my Laptop , only one usb used (and a good one) and small cable ( 50 cm) .....2.05 update runned with drivers install of course ....

On my laptop i roll back at 2.02 and still some latency but no more browser issue ....

 

I looked at the video again and the latency is not as bad as I thought. About the same as what I get only a tad more but it feels normal being you have more expansions. I would not worry about it. The blank screen is strange though. Did you go from 2.0 straight to 2.05 or was it 2.0 to 2.2 then 2.05? Is your Komplete and Maschine library up to date? Maybe 5 is not a lucky number for you lol.
