Hello everybody. This question is in response to exporting a song into your D.A.W. from Maschine Mikro . I am using Maschine Mikro as a stand alone. I do all of my creating and arranging, inside of Maschine. When I am ready to "export" the tune into Studio One, that's where the problems begin.

Is there an option that allows you to export the tune, start to finish, the way you arranged it, listened to it inside of Maschine, AND then be able to tweak and mix each instrument along the way? If so, all of my immediate problems are solved!

    Thanks in advance,

    GOD-FR33.

    Hmmmm.......

Hey man, thanks for replying. I am not new to music or recording, but I am new to Maschine Mikro and it's process. So, by doing this method; will I still have the entire arrangement from start to finish? Or would I have to rearrange once inside of Studio One? And how do I try this? Could you number the steps?

If you arrange everything in Maschine (Through Scenes), you could do File->Export Audio->Then All Scenes and I believe it will export all of your tracks by scene.

The way I do it (Although I don't arrange any scenes in Maschine, just the basis of my tracks), I export all of my drum tracks separately and my sample, bass, synth, etc. tracks as a whole (like a loop). I then drop all of that into Studio One and arrange my song from there. I feel you get more creative control that way.

To do this, you would change the export setting All Scenes to Sounds (Which will give you a list of each sound track in your current group) and for my samples, synths, bass, etc. I export by Group which will export everything in your current pattern and group as a single track.

    Hope that makes sense.

Greetings. Sorry for the late reply. I've been trying to figure this out!

Do File/Export Audio then Output => Sounds

All your problems are solved ^^
    "
So do this and then reopen the file inside of Studio One perhaps?"

Ok. I tried it but when I try to open the sounds inside of Studio One, it says that there aren't any files? I know that they are because I can play them back individually inside of my folder entitled "Maschine Mixes" You ever get that?
