I'm having an issue with an external that has all of my music on because I can't fit all of my music on my internal hard drive. The issue I'm having is the traktor LE program cannot access the tracks because of a corruption with the file but itunes can read the file just fine. Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I know that Traktor LE is a basic, basic program that does the bare minimal and I'm willing to upgrade to traktor scratch pro because I've got 2 technics turntables so I would like to incorperate those to the program but for right now this program is just getting me by for now so just letting you guys know

Traktor Pro wont be able to play these files neither. What you need is a tool that repairs your mp3 files: try this or something similar: http://www.drtag.de/de/description_mp3rt.htm

    Cheers

btw if you have corrupt mp3 files my suggestion is to delete all these files and buy them on amazon, itunes, whatever. These shops gurantee that the files are not corrupt and you can play them on a real soundsystem without having pops and crackles

I tried the demo version of traktor pro and the program reads them just fine. I don't think that my files are corrupt, itunes can read them and play them fine and always have been. Could it be the version of traktor that I'm using?

Is it possible that youre running Traktor 3 LE?

I am using traktor 3 LE, not traktor LE. I do apologize about not mentioning what I was using, I thought I did

Ah ok, thats explaining a lot of things. Traktor 3 LE is outdated. When you upgrade youre getting the new Traktor Pro. This will allow you to play your MP3 files if they work with the Traktor Demo!
