Does anyone else have problems with this?
If I try and trigger a fast drum roll on my S900 it stutters like Porky Pig, especially when I'm using Step Sequencer mode / view.
I'm only running a Core2Duo Macbook but most other apps (Ableton / Numerology) are tight enough. I've never seen a complaint though so am not sure if the problem inherently lies with Maschine...

My advice would be to get your maschine midi data into your DAW and send that to your outboard gear and see if the problem is the outboard gear. Also, try to filter out any midi data that is not relevant - either in your DAW, or the outboard gear (if possible) Maschine might be sending all kinds of data (CC, plug-in modulation, etc.) other than notes, which could be locking up your sampler.

    Thanks for the suggestions.

Definitely not the outboard, like I say other software runs fine and the S900 is solid timing wise. Tried recording the midi output from Maschine and there's nothing unusual, just note data as suspected (Maschine is very stingy on midi output options!)

I'm left thinking it's down to the software, or the software struggling on my processor. The problem remains at 1% CPU though so I'm not sure how much my laptop effects the issue...

I take it you are getting good timing? What's your set up like?
