External mixing - is it any good!!!!??????

    Hi

    Do most people who use Traktor 3 use an external mixer or end up using the internal setup? You can tell I am very new to all this laptop djing and I am still trying to do Beatgrids but whilst I'm doing that I just want to find out other things about djing with a computer.

    I have a Pioneer DJM 600 and I was woundering if I should get an external sound card (Audio Kontrol 1) so that I can get it hooked up to my mixer and computer, but I'm not sure if external mixing is any good with Traktor 3.

    Id only use an external mixer.
    Ive got and AK1 and a allen & heath x:eek:ne 92,
    i route 2 of the traktor decks out of seperate outputs and they go into seperate channels on the mixer.
    this system behaves like just having 2 cds decks plugged in but your laptop is your played instead!

    this is by far the best setup for traktor! for audio quality purposes alone!

    ull be fine with a djm600!!!
