F1 and S4

    How is the funtionality of these together? Will there be a difinitive advantage of adding this to an S4 set up?

    MMM I will be getting one at least, I would like to know how it will work with the S4 though.

    I mean what will happen to the 4/8 pre set sample decks? Will one F1 be enough for both C/D Decks?

    Just some early questions...

    The setup example on the F1 page shows this. The loop buttons on the S4 get turned into hot cues 5-8, then the loops move to the F1.

    I am wondering if you can scratch the sample, like Shiftee does in the vid, with the wheels on the S4? Would be fun

    Sample scratching with jog wheels - definitely. They are designed as vinyl / CD emulation tools, so should work exactly the same, and have the same functions as the vinyl Shiftee is using.

    Yes, you have to just set the jogs to Deck C and D to scratch the samples. It actually works like that now too. Try it out.;)
