f1 button not working

    hi everyone,
    one of the button of my f1 is not responding, led is lit but not when pushed, i've tried to restore it and also tried in controller editor but also no avail, is this hardware related or software? is there in anyway to fix this or open it up and fix it myself? its 2 and a half years old, i know theres no user serviceable parts inside but maybe its just a loose solder or something that i can simply fix, if theres anyway please guide me, thanks.

    well, a little massage to the rubberize button did do a trick, but still hit and miss, maybe its just need to rub it more often, lol

    update: the problem did comeback and i did open my f1, anyway, i think that button is doomed :(
