F1 question

    Hi folks.

    I am considering looking to pick up a couple of F1s and was just wondering, are these only for stem decks or can they be used for triggering samples.

    Currently i have an S4 Mk3, and yes i know i can use stem decks, i'm just looking to make my setup a bit more creative.

    Any info greatly appreciated.

    Seeing as these units are USB powered does anyone have a specific USB hub that they would recommend in conjunction with the S4 Mkiii.

    My Dell XPS only has 2 USB3 ports and one C port, one of them tied up with the S4 and my external SSD using the C port.

    Would just like to ensure that i get something reliable.

    What am I missing here?

    Laptop: 2 USB3 ports, 1 USB c
    S4 Mk3: 1 USB port

    Laptop:
    USB-C port: External SSD
    USB3 port 1: S4 Mk3
    USB3 port 2: first F1

    S4 MK3:
    USB Port: second F1
