    Hey! I've downloaded the new content library (twice) but can't open the zip file. I've tried with 3 different extract programs but none could open it. Does anyone encounter this problem?

    Did you download it from the Service Center or from the update manager here on the site?

    What I'd recommend is to use the update manager (clear your browser cache first):
    https://co.native-instruments.com/?id=updates

    With larger downloads such as the content installer, I'd also try using a download manager like DownThemAll for Firefox, especially if you have a slower connection.

    It sounds like your download failed. I got the same thing the first couple of attempts at the download. Your file size should match up to what is listed on the NI download page.

    Thanks for the quick responses! Yes i downloaded it from the update manager and ...no it doesn't match the download page size. I'll try with downthemall and let you know.

    Third attempt was the good one, it's working now. Thanks for your help!
