Faders, Tempo faders, EQs, and fx not working

    Hi, I recently bought a Traktor Kontrol S2.
    I installed Traktor Pro on a computer (windows seven) and it worked perfectly, but last time I tried to use it, the faders, the tempo faders, the Eqs and the fx knobs were not working.
    They dont even light up the CTRL on top of traktor pro when I'm using them. I tried reinstalling the software and the driver but it didnt help.
    I installed traktor pro on my mac, and the problem remains !

    Same problem here with an S4, filter knobs don't work too... I've solved once by resetting default settings and relaunching the wizard. Then the problem occurred again and I wasn't able to fix it by restoring default settings, I reinstalled Traktor and it worked for a day. Now I have again this problem but I'm not gonna reinstall traktor every time it happens...

    I sent it to Native Instruments, and they fixed it... Its a problem in the traktor, so you cant really do anything about it, execpt sending it to the manufacturer

    Run the Setup Wizard again and see if that corrects the issue. If that still isn't working, unplug the S2 from the PC USB port and uninstall and reinstall the Driver and then plug it back in and run the Setup Wizard.

    I have the same problem here with my new Traktor Kontrol S2.
    I bought this unit just few weeks ago !!
    I've already open a ticket with NI (Ticket#2013121710022201) and I'm waiting for their reply ...

    Is there any other test to try, to get the Traktor S2 working ?? ...

    Hi djcarma. Have you had the same problem? How's ended your story?

    If there is no fix, they should replace my unit ... I bought the S2 two weeks ago, so it is definitely under warranty!!!

    I'm still waiting for a reply from the support ...

    Hi Nicola, it is an hardware issue, the warranty totally covers it, but getting the unit replaced by NI may take a while, so you may prefer to bring it to your physical reseller for replacement. I did so: brought my S4 to the store where I bought it, and it took something like a week to have it replaced.
