Faulty knob

    Got my Maschine in December from Guitar Center...and knob #2 is extremely easy to turn as opposed to the other knobs...when I attempt to chop a sample....my end point moves all over the place when I turn the knob...it's definitely faulty...I put in a request via tech support....what's the turnover on something like this?
