"Favorites" file location??

Is there a file(s) that has stored which sounds I have chosen to be favorites in maschine? I recently had to reinstall all my software and had to go through and choose all of my favorites again. I was hoping there was a file or files somewhere that if backed up I could just "move" that file to it's original location and maschine would again know which sounds I have favorited. Thanks!

 

On Windows:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Native Instruments\Shared
Replace USERNAME with your username

No idea about MAC, I don't use it.

 

I'm on a mac, I saw that path in another thread but it doesn't exist on a mac. I even tried searching for "favorites.db3" but no such luck.

 

It's in HARD_DISK_NAME/Users/USER_NAME/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/Shared/
Not sure it's the fille you're looking for, but it might be...

 

I don't have a library folder under my user directory. There is a library folder under my root directory that has /application support/native instruments/shared content but that doesn't appear to be it.

 

it’s hidden. In the Finder, press Option key and you will see a new « Library » menu item in the « Go » menu (or Locate ? not sure of the name on english os).

 

You do, but it's hidden by default.
Press CMD+G in finder and type ~/Library

 

But you won’t find any names in it :-/
