Feature Request: Deck A/B Waveform Visualization like A/C

I'd like to see an option in Traktor to allow the waveform of Deck A and Deck B to be visualized simultaneously like is currently possible with Deck A and Deck C. I'm using one Kontrol D2 along side a Kontrol S4 to mix STEMS files between Deck A and Deck B. The currently D2 configuration is not well suited for playing between Deck A/B with one D2 without using the laptop screen.

Also I'd like to see an option to allow switching between Deck A/B by just pressing the Deck button instead of Deck + B. These two changes would make a single D2 much more usable for controlling Decks A and B on it's own or along side another controller.
