Feature request: Unlock basic functionality on the remix decks for your customers

But seriously Ricky... NI is lacking in the DAW and production area, which is being blended with traditional DJ/mixing. Having a 16 pad add-on for Traktor that is locked simply doesn't compare to an unlimited amount of clips with Ableton and an APC40/Launchpad. And, the incessant marketing emails about new Remix sets for sale from artists that I don't care about is just depressing.

Yes, buying an F1 would take care of this frustration. But the bigger issue is that the limit that NI has with hardware lock and lack of foresight. NI has amazing tools for creation (Komplete and Maschine are awesome). But the dots still don't connect. Maybe I'm alone on this, but working in an NI only world can be limiting, particularly when they lock down features between their own products.
