Could you be a bit more explicit on how you've got this error message ? To help us, we would need at least a way to reproduce this, your OS version and if it happened once, randomly or if it happens as soon as you try to load any Beatport track.

any track from any playlist is not loaded into the deck, I checked this on two computers (win 7, win 10)
download does not work on both version 266 and previous

Could you record a short video of your screen from the beginning of your TRAKTOR session till this message appears ?
In this recording, it would be helpful if you could try to load "never loaded before" beatport tracks from the beatport node browser.

This would be very helpful to understand what's happening there.

Thanks for your entirely useless contribution to this conversation, but as a new Beatport Link & Traktor customer, having a beatport link song permanently corrupted isn't exactly a good sign for Traktor in general and using non-beta software would put me out of commission unless I buy tracks on top of paying for Beatport Link.

I've tried completely deleting it out of my collection, and off disk, but adding it back still results in a corrupt file. So unless you have an idea on how to reset the Beatport Link track meta data, kindly keep your snarky garbage to yourself.

You're not alone in that case and be sure this bug is one of our priorities at the moment because, as you said, it's very frustrating from a Beatport and Traktor user point of view.
It's also in order to detect that kind of nasty problems that we propose early betas and we hope we can solve this bug quick enough so it won't be there in the official release coming soon.

 

This should be fixed before the official release and if NI needs more time to fix, fine, but don't release an official in the meanwhile. Better to extend the beta period a few days or weeks if needed than release a buggy official

 

The same problem with BEATPORT link...
