Finally got Maschine andf serial says it cannot be activated

    Had a bit of a play around last night, but everytime I was just getting started it cut out :(

    send a email to ni customer services also, explaining your problem include the screen shot and your serial number, possibly scan in your invoice for unit.

    Turns out it's a batch problem. Spoke to my mate who runs the shop where I got it from and it seems just about everyone who got one from the batch they received are having dramas.

    Had the problem rectified over the phone. Whoever I spoke to was great! Easy fix!
