Anybody know how to do this? I don't know what to filter or search on to have it return me a list of available stem files. I can do this from the website, but I want to be able to search from the app.

Don't think they sell from mobile app, I remember reading something about this and the thought was the mobile and regular buyers of music, would not need stems, kinda makes sense, someone accidentally getting a stem download to a tablet or phone, and being very confused.

Having just bought a bunch of mixed Stems and regular mp3 tracks off Beatport, I'm only seeing the non-Stems files in Beatport Pro as available to download (I'm using the Mac v2.2.3 client). I can download the Stems tracks off the website just fine.

Answer: The Beatport Pro app doesn't support downloading Stems, though it can recognise Stems that have already been downloaded.

How do you know for sure? It might be hard to show just how much Stems are used, the lack of interest is not something i can prove or disprove.
Its not like everyone is going to post ever time they play that format, its like saying no one is using mp3s vs. Wav format.
Even if you watched someone play live unless they announced or you see the screen its impossible to know.
Also the lack of comments may just indicate that people are not having issues playing the format, not a lack of use.

Beatport has a crapload of tracks in Stem format and more and more artists putting them up.
I also saw a screenshot of a browser a week or so ago the person said they had bought at least 70 or so and uses them regularly for internet radio show.
