    Hi,

I'm setting out on my adventure of learning Reactor, and I've run into a strange thing. In the first tutorial (Your First DIY Synthesizer) I'm finding that while MIDI will trigger a note, different MIDI notes do not result in different pitches. Here is the outline of my structure:

Pitch Gate (P output to Filter ADSR and Amp ADSR P input and G output to Amp ADSR's G input)
Filter ADSR (Top output to Filter PM in)
Amp ADSR (lower output to OSC 1 & 2)
    Osc 1 & 2 (outputs to linear mixer's inputs 1 & 2)
Linear Mixer (output to filter in)
    Filter (out to combiner in)
    Combiner (out to output terminal)

Hopefully the above is clear enough to understand. It seems like the pitch portion of the pitch and gate macro isn't functioning.

    Help is much appreciated!

    Cheers,

    Rob Yale

Going by the elements you describe, there's obviously a connection missing between Notepitch and the oscillators P input, it could be already inside the osc macro, but since the osc don't seem to respond to the kb, that's probably what's missing.

Thanks, you were right! The P output need to go to the P inputs of the two oscilators and the filter.

    Works!

    Thanks,
