Flight case or bag suggestions?

Hi there,

i need a flight case so i can carry my equipment when i am giging. I've seen some stuff for serato but i am not interested in buying a backpack. Is there anything custom-made for traktor? I want to carry:

• Macbook Pro 15,4
• Traktor Scratch(audio8, cables and timecodes)
• headphones
• faderfox midi controller

Any suggestions?

Hehe, yeah well that's also the reason I don't have one and carry everything in a backpack

I know it's a lot of money but actually I've never ever seen cheap flightcases. I wonder when there will be a company that starts a budgetfriendly line of cases? If anyone out there: make it quick! I need a 6U for my bass amp, a 6U for my audio interfaces, an 8U for my EQ's and 2 more 6U for my FX. I guess this would cost me around a 1000 bucks with the regular case companies. If you can provide all that for less than 200€ you got a buyer!

 

I've found that eBay (in the UK at least) is great for second-hand flight cases. They're never exactly the right size but they're loads cheaper, and if you get creative with the packing foam you can fit anything in. You also get the authentically damaged hard-gigging look

 

why hasn't anyone made a case for traktor? i've found lots of bags for serato but nothing for traktor...
