What's the problem? Did you lose your settings? Did your laptop crash? That message is normal and happens whenever you shutdown the application. If the application crashed, look for the crashlog and traktor log. It may tell you what's happening.

The problem is that the program does not close at all and are forced to close by the task manager only ... the same story again and again.

    2. Have you contacted support?
    3. Have your read the knowledge article for optimizing your pc? It applies to Windows 7 and Windows 8.

I've had it once and from reading the forum it is a bug that has only appeared in later versions and not everyone appears to have it, so it is far from normal.

Far from normal? Then how do you expect anyone to help with the issue if you don't provide any information? Troubleshooting any issue requires establishing a baseline, determining any patterns of activity that may be causing it, and attempting to reproduce the issue. If djgko's issue is the same as other posts, then it would nice if those were referenced to identify similarities. Otherwise we're just randomly guessing. As I said before, help us help you. Is that too much to ask?

A quick search would have found you numerous threads on the subject, both windows and mac. It's a software issue.

Why would I be responsible for searching for those threads related to his issue? What patterns of activity show that his issue is the same? We're still guessing. I'm done.

If you haven't read any background on the issue then I'd say you're chances of helping are non existent even with his setup information.
