    Hi there,
Anybody knows why when I try to map a led to indicate if Flux Mode is on, it only works fine when I USE flux mode, not when I activate it?

I mean, I am on deck A, activate Flux Mode, led lights up, then I switch to Deck B (where Flux Mode is initially Off, so Led is also off), and I go back to Deck A, it is off, but it should be on because Flux Mode in A was activated.

It seems like the function "Flux Mode On" in its Output version (for leds) just works fine when using that, but not when its activate and you switch between the 2 decks.

Im using a Denon Sc 2000, with the button and led from Dry/Wet effect for activate and show (led) flux mode in each deck (because I use effects in Group Mode, so this button and led was not in use)

Hope anyone can help me out.

    Regards,
    Tk.

Post a screenshot of your mapping for us to have a look at.

I think something in your Mapping is wrong
Check that your LED Outputs for "Flux Mode On" are correct assigned for each Deck!
I mapped LED Outputs for Deck-A + B on my BCR and it works like it should

    Hi guys,
I've attacked a pic (sorry for the quality) of the mapping settings of Flux Mode that I've done.

The problem appears when switching between a Deck with Flux Mode On and the other theck with it sets as OFF.
    Hope it helps.

why using a modifier condition for the led-outputs?
if you mapped only the flux mode on (output) on these led's the modifier isn't needed.
seems that you changing your modifier (M2) with other buttons too in your mapping like switching between decks?

Nope, this modifier (M2) is only for noticing that the deck focused has changed.
I've tried to do this mapping without it and it didn't work fine as well.

The problem must be something with the Flux Mode. As I told in the first post, the function works fine, but the LED that must indicate if Flux Mode is ON or OFF in each deck doesn't show the state correctly at least Flux Mode is Used, not Activated.

    For example:

" I am on deck A, activate Flux Mode, led lights up, then I switch to Deck B (where Flux Mode is initially Off, so Led is also off), and I go back to Deck A, it is off, but it should be on because Flux Mode in A was activated."

It only works properly if I use the loop at least once in each deck. Seems like using the loop function "remembers" the LED the state of Flux Mode that it must show up.

    Any other ideas?

    Thank you!

Try adding the Global Send Monitor State command to your mapping. Assign it to the Deck change button. When you change decks it will output the current state of the decks so that LED feedback is current for the selected deck.

I forgot to also mention that you need to duplicate the 'Send Monitor State' command and assign it to the other deck as well. When you press the Deck Chg button the first time it sends a message with the main decks midi channel, when you press it the second time (to switch back) it sends the message with the secondary decks midi channel. So basically duplicate the command & assign the secondary midi channel.

    :):):):):):)
    That's it!
Thank you so much, alientek! Now it works perfectly!
It seems that the "official" mapping (which is the base from where I start my mapping) is not very good, and this 'Send monitor State' wasn't added into it.
I already had to fix a couple of assignements that were wrong.

    Thanks again!
    Regards.
