FM 7 Colour Scheme Please!

    I really like FM8, it has become my go to synth.

    Since i spend alot of time in front of i noticed that after prolonged usage of it my eyes get really tired from the colour scheme.

    Could you please enable an FM 7 skin to it. The Brown and Yellow funky colours were superb compared to the cool icey colours.

    Hope you read it, and add a chooseable colour scheme for the next FM 8 update, that would make me really happy!

    I agree. FM7 looked much better in every respect. AND WHERE IS OPERATOR COPY/PASTE? FOR CRYIN' OUT LOUD... :-\

    I miss also very much the FM7 look : nicer for sure and more efficient/comfortable.

    I agree too. In fact I often launch FM7 instead of FM8 because I feel more comfortable with the cool DX vibe! I don't like FM8's silver interface at all.

    +1. Please. I would rather have the FM7 skin than any other feature.
    The FM8 color scheme is so unappealing to me that I find myself not using it nearly as much as the old product. rgds

    Maybe NI had to pay Yamaha a percentage for the original 'DX look' and that's why they changed it so radically in FM8? If that's the case, they can still make FM8 skinnable so we can have a choice of other different colours.

    I now have to work with FM8 exclusively as I've just got a new Intel Quad Core Mac (can't use FM7 any more) and I must say it has some great features I wasn't really using before. I just wish they would change that colour. I can't explain why but I find the silver-grey combination to be inhibitive to inspiration. Something darker (and user-definable/adjustable) please!
