FM8, massive & Absynth compatible file type presets.

    Hi all I am wanting to know if theses following file type presets are compatible with NI FM8, massive & Absynth. I ask this as I have ten CD's full of presets however there all in the following file formats exs, nki, fxp & WAV. Am I able to use this type of file format or if possible can I convert them & how?

    Some info:
    .exs files are for Logic's EXS24 sampler.
    .nki files can be for NI Kontakt or older NI plugins.
    .fxp files are a preset bank format used by many plugins.
    .WAV files are audio files, usually the samples that are related/connected to the file types above.

    I'd guess you have CD's of stuff for samplers (EXS/Kontakt)

    Yes, I have many a preset disc with various file formats on them. But your reply has cleared a lot of confusion as to what file types thanks. However could you possibly tell me what is the latest file format preset used in plugins such as FM8, massive & Absynth please?
