FORM - where do I find it?

Hi!
Just installed KOMPLETE 11. Came from KOMPLETE 9.
I can not find FORM in the Reaktor Player Section. It's also not visible in the Native Access App. KONTOUR, POLYPLEX and ROUNDS are available.
Any idea?

 

Komplete 11 isn't officially available yet so your guess is as good as mine. Are you running Reaktor standalone? The Native Access is in beta, it isn't product or feature complete yet

 

just got komplete 11 ultimate yesterday; will install today and have a look to it.

 

Form will be available on September 1st. Please be patient for one more day.

I can't seem to locate the free demo. The NI vids reference it but there's no sign of it.

I wish form actually was available today since I pre-ordered it. What's the point of pre-ordering if you don't get the product the day it releases?

Myself and a bunch of other people who purchased it can't but I haven't had anyone contact me for my support ticket. It doesn't show up in native access for me.

 

You preordered it only? You have to wait until you get the package to install komplete 11 i think.

 

I pre ordered FORM but not komplete 11, I have 10 though not that it matters. I just know other people who bought form by itself haven't received it either.

click on 'my products', you'll have to login with your e-mail address, and it may be available there?

all my reaktor stuff shows up there.

 

Thanks for trying to help but unfortunately it's not under my products although it does let me view my order history and still shows up under status as "pre-order" with no option available on the site or in native access to download it. I've tried everything. Just have to wait for someone to respond to my support ticket.

 

Yea I'm getting really frustrated. Everyone else who bought K11 seems to be enjoying it. Meanwhile its the 3rd today and they haven't responded to my support ticket.

 

I already have in 2 support tickets which they haven't responded to unfortunately. Still nothing on my end. Did you have any luck yet?

 

How did you end up getting it? Did they just finally change it in native access for you?
