Forum Tips & Reporting Technical Issues

    1) Search the forum first if you have a question. Search is your best friend if you're new to forum.

    2) Be respectful of users, if someone failed to heed point #1, kindly reinforce that ideal.
    If there is a difference of opinions, please try and act maturely on the matter.

    3) Try to refrain from using foul language or derrogatory posts because they will be edited or deleted.

    4) If you have a support issue that hasn't been addressed, please include the support ticket number in your post. Also, post your system information in your signature so it's viewable by everyone.

    5) Please try and refrain from 'slamming' other products on the forum.

    6) No crossposting... if your post is placed in the wrong section it will be moved to the correct section.

    This is a note to all new users of Traktor Scratch.

    Firstly, make sure your registration is complete and user account is working.

    If you are experiencing a reproducible problem with Traktor Scratch, PLEASE file a support ticket.

    NI cannot fix mass problems they do not have reports on, so filing a support ticket is a crucial part of bug fixing.
