Free massive download link never recieved email...

I purchased the maschine MK2 last friday night at guitar center. Got a good deal on the unit along with some JBL LSR2325's. After installing everything and registering all serial numbers both software and hardware(maschine) I have yet to recieve the email with the link and serial number to get massive for free. I heard it takes a little while but i feel like its been long enough and i should of got it. I was going to purchase the maschine first gen but decided to go with the MK2 because it came with massive.

Does anybody know where i can go to get the link or if theres a number i can call?

Yeah, it's kind of ridiculous when section 5.3 of the Getting Started documentation has you using it.

 

Havent received Massive

I just purchased mine 2 days ago, registered and activated everything. Also never received any email or instructions on how to download Massive or an activation code of any sorts.

 

i bought the MK2 on thursday , after registering , no email link either .

I know its Easter but so far ive had no email reply with regards my query .

Grrrr , did anyone get theirs resolved ?

Bought a Maschine Micro MK2 last night. Registered and activated Maschine, no serial and download received.

 

Still nothing from NI , ill wait until tomorrow ,when i will erm errrr i dont actually know what to do next as i cant find a UK phone number to call .

 

just to make aware to anyone else running into this problem , my issue was resolved today and have been emailed my Massive link . .

 

Same issue here- just installed a new Maschine a few hours ago and expected the download link and serial number.... but got nothing! I want it!

 

i'm having the same issue now. 3 days since I activated my software still nothing!

 

Comparable situation. I downloaded the Komplete free version yesterday received the authorization email. When I ran Service Center, it asked me for my email and "password." I did not set up or receive a "password" but assumed it meant the activation code. Tried several times cutting and pasting. No luck. I tried the "forgot password" button and never received a second email. I'm on Windows 7, 64-bit. The VST instruments come up in Nuendo but in demo mode. I'm going to try typing in by hand the code and see if that works. But from what I'm reading here, I'm concerned that even people who paid for hardware are having issues and no response from NI
