Freeze Issue

I keep getting this error message on export: "Please change sample rate and restart kontakt before exporting"

And if I get that error while I use the drag&drop export button,

The progress window freezes and the whole Maschine app becomes unusable. Still able to save project tho, but then I have to quit/relaunch.

If I start a new project the progress window remains stuck there like this...

 

How about some specifics on what you are exporting, version of Kontakt and if it is vst2 or 3, OS etc.

 

Im pretty sure I could be exporting anything and it just has to be one instance of kontakt open in the project for this to happen. It doesn't necessarily mean im using the export drag and drop button for a kontakt track.

I couldn't tell you if this happens for vst2 or vst3, but when it happens again I will try to figure that out and come back

What sample rate? ( since that seems to be the issue based on the EM) and you can tell the VST version in the pop up when you click the Kontakt Logo…

 

This has happened in 44100kHz and 48000kHz, 24/32bit. That I can remember off top.
