    Hello,
was using the salamanderanagram Front Panel Patching framework to built blocks with four, eight or more patching connections to be more flexible in the block environment. This are blocks with standard ins and outs were the framework connects them.
It works well as long as you connect or reconnect cables, but if you only disconnect, the shown cable disappears but the connection is still working. You could only avoid this by connecting an empty in port to the to disconnect out.
    Any idea?
    best

Do you think of the the front panel patching in Blocks pt 1 video?
This is not what I am looking for. As you can see from the picture there are only connections made within the block and not from block to block. It is done from the same salamanderanagram code used here: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/reaktor-community/reaktor-user-library/entry/show/9981/ and here
    http://www.adsrsounds.com/Free/FrontPanelPatchLibrary.ens

If I make the same were switches are used to make the connections it works.

This is exactly the file I am using, tried several times from the beginning but nothing always the same problem.
Found that in one example the index has a constant of 1, while in another this constant is not set but no luck.

you can upload your work if you would like to me have a look at it, but "this doesn't work" tells me nothing.

edit - i hope that didn't come off as rude, but the issues laid out in this post are way too vague for me to spend time guessing at them.

Here we go, a simple Patch x4 block done from the FrontPanelPatchLibrary.ens.
A block with standard ins and outs were the framework should connect the Ins and Outs.
It works well as long as you connect or reconnect cables, but if you only disconnect, the shown cable disappears but the connection is still working. You could only avoid this by connecting an empty In port to the to disconnect out.

works as far as i can tell... are you RIGHT clicking to remove wires? it doesn't look it.

this does remind me there is a minor bug to fix in the framework that i had fixed for my own files but neglected to upload...

connect the two points that the red line draws between to fix the trouble with drawing with left clicks (this is for each receiver). i will upload an update soon.
