Closed FX 3 and 4 buttons disappearing.

    This bug is present in both 3.3 and 3.4. Sometimes when opening Traktor it can hang on 'loading settings file' (or something very similar). If you quit Traktor during this it seems to cause an error in the layout as I was experiencing the disappearance of the 3 or 4 buttons from the fx select for each deck on screen.

    Reinstalling Traktor would not solve the issue, only when the settings file was deleted and then a new one automatically created would the UI elements return. The buttons wouldn't function when they were black.
